Easy Move oil is synergistic combination of nine essential oils in sesame oil base that mainly includes Shallaki, Karpoor and Pudina.
This oil enters deep into the skin after massage. It relieves the pain, stiffness and inflammation of the joints as well as quickens the regeneration of bones, muscles and ligaments by improving the local circulation.
It is non sticky oil with pleasant aroma that produces a soothing and cooling “camphor ice” effect which calms the nerves and uplifts the apathy.
The daily massage of joints with EASY MOVE OIL helps improve the circulation of blood, lubrication of joints & elimination of accumulated toxins from muscles and joints.

Recommended Use: Massage the oil lightly on sore joints and muscles 2 times a day. For full body massage, the oil may be diluted with equal part of sesame oil.
Dietary & Lifestyle Advice: Favor warm and light diet. Avoid fried food, carbonated drinks, ice-cold water, sour tasting food and cold food. Avoid cold water and direct exposure to cold immediately after massage. Fomentation with warm water immediately after massage will provide excellent relief.

Sesamum indicum (Sesame) Til Oil:
Massage with sesame oil will improve the functioning of Vyana Vata - a type of Vata which is responsible for maintaining the movement of the joint and blood circulation. Its massage will make the body warm and active by relieving the stiffness from the body. It lubricates the joints, ligaments and muscles and makes them more flexible and active.
Gaultheria procumbens (Oil of Wintergreen) Gandhpuro Oil:
Methyl salicylate is present in Oil of wintergreen that has anti-inflammatory properties. It relieves pain, muscular tension and generates warmth.
Pinus roxburghii (Pinus) Saral Oil:
Essential oil of pine is possessed with best anti inflammatory property so useful in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and other inflammatory joint disorder. Its potent analgesic property relieves the pain & releases the spasm of muscles and ligament.
Boswellia serrata (Indian Olibenum) Shallaki:
It has anti inflammatory, analgesic antiarthritis properties and is useful in all kind of arthritis and joints pain. It has a special regenerative property, thus useful in degenerative joint disorders like osteo-arthritis as well as fractures etc. It strengthens the joint thus makes it less susceptible to injuries, dislocation etc.
Cinamomum camphora (Camphor) Karpoor:
It produces soothing “camphor-ice” sensation on massage. It is believed to inhibit the “catecholamine secretion” which helps in reducing the inflammatory response. Along with peppermint oil it is useful in nerve pain like sciatica. In conjunction with oils, it delivers a fast and efficient feeling of muscle relaxation.
Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Pudina Oil:
Menthol, the essential oil of peppermint, acts as a powerful analgesic after massage. It produces a cooling sensation that relieves burning sensation. It reduces nerve pain by calming the nerves. It is useful in headache, sciatica, neuritis and joints pain.
Ricinus communis (Castor plant) Erand Oil:
Castor oil when applied on the skin helps in elimination of toxins (Ama). Its massage is useful in eliminating chronic fluid retention in the swollen and tender. Castor oil massage regulates the lymphatic flow by reducing swelling of the lymph glands.
Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus) Nilgiri Oil:
