Peaceful Mind is a herbo-mineral brain tonic, which helps to combat day-to-day stress and increases the natural ability of the body to throw off the effects of stress and other negative emotions. It brings the co-ordination between mind, body and consciousness and increases Satva quality (purity) at the level of thoughts and emotions.

Bacopa monnieri (Thyme Leaved Gratiola) Brahmi:
Bacopa is a great nervine tonic, immuno-modulator, tranquilizing, memory enhancing, cerebral activator and free radicals scavenging Ayurvedic herb. It is commonly used in herbal supplements for problems like Epilepsy, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Alzheimer's disease, ADHD in children and for enhancing memory and learning skills. Researches show that Bacopa increases level of serotonin, a brain chemical known to promote relaxation. Concentrated extract of Brahmi contains the active molecules Bacoside A & B. Bacoside A allows blood to flow more smoothly though the body. Bacoside B nourishes brain cells.
Emblica officinalis (Indian Gooseberry) Amalaki:
It is one of the best rasayana herbs which clears the channels of energy and ensures proper nourishment to all the seven body tissues including the tissues of nervous system. It is rich in essential minerals, vitamins and nutrients required for healthy mind and body. It is a good brain tonic and useful in both psychic and somatic disorders. Amalaki possesses potent antioxidant activity.
Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice) Mulethi:
Licorice is one among the four intellect promoting herbs mentioned in ancient Ayurveda textbooks. It reduces excess Vata activity thus reduces stress, anxiety, restlessness and produce calmness in mind. Due to Pitta pacifying property it reduces irritability, anger & other negative emotions. Glycyrrhizin is one of the active principles of Licorice which helps balance the functioning of cortisol - a hormone that is secreted by the adrenal glands in response to any kind of physical or psychological stress.
Myristica fragrans (Nutmeg) Jaiphal:
It is a good nervous stimulant so uplifts the mood. Nutmeg significantly helps in depression, irritation, lack of interest and other mood disorders.
Asparagus racemosus (Indian Asparagus) Shatavari:
It pacifies Vata and Pitta doshas and brings back the balance between Satva, Rajas and Tamas and thus maintains emotional and functional integrity of mind. It is a good brain tonic and cooling herb which produces calmness in the mind. Shatavari nourishes all the seven body tissues and brings hormonal equilibrium inside the body.
Ocimum sanctum (Holy Basil) Tulsi:
Holy basil increases Satva quality and restores purity at the level of emotions and thoughts and thus helps in ensuring a pure consciousness. It reduces the negative effect of stress and increases natural resistance of body. It is a good antioxidant so prevents degeneration of the nervous tissue.
Terminalia arjuna (Arjuna):
Arjuna balances the activity of Sadhaka Pitta. It is good for emotional health and helps in emotional disturbances. It brings the co-ordination between Mind, Body and Consciousness by strengthening the heart as well as by stabilizing the mind.
Mucuna pruriens (Cowhage) Kaunch:
Mucuna pruriens, also known as Velvet Bean, contains a very powerful neurotransmitter pre-cursor L-Dopa which is an amino acid that is converted into neurotransmitter dopamine. The seed powder of Mucuna pruriens has been used in Ayurveda for Parkinsonism. The naturally occurring L-Dopa in mucuna helps in enhancing the level of dopamine which gets depleted during Parkinsonism. It is considered to be useful in nervous weakness. It stimulates the nervous system and strengthens the nerves. Mucuna brings back the normal physiology of some of the important hormones of the mind and ensures its normal functioning. It is useful in depression, lack of concentration and mood upsets.
Piper longum (Long Pepper) Pippali:
Long pepper helps in easy digestion and absorption of all the herbs. It increases bioavailability of other herbs by enhancing the absorption. Additionally it possesses soothing effect over nerves.
Corallium rubrum (Coral) Praval Pishti:
It pacifies Pitta disorders, calms the mind and brings back the luster of the body. It is rich with micro nutrients like calcium, magnesium and other minerals. It is also a good cardio tonic and maintains blood pressure thus relaxes the body.
Pearl (Moti Pishti):
It is a natural source of calcium. It contains several amino acids and eight of them are "essential," i.e. they cannot be produced in the body but are required by body. Along with calcium, it also has several other minerals like magnesium, zinc, iron, strontium, copper, selenium, silicon and titanium. Pearl contains calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, calcium phosphate, ferric oxide and silica. It reduces mental debility and replenishes the nerve tissue with essential amino acids which are lost in day to day life by unavoidable stress and anxiety. It’s made into a paste form by triturating with Rose water making it more calming and soothing. When taken along with Coral, it reduces toxic effect of alcohol and other narcotic substances.
